SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm PT/3pm ET will ship the next business day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

 

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

NOJO will gladly accept exchanges on unworn and unused items within 15 days of purchase. Shipping will need to be paid additionally for return shipping. While we don’t currently offer returns, you can start a return for an exchange for the correct items. 

We currently do not ship Internationally. 

NOJO is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number. 

How to Start a Exchange:

1. Send an email to info@nojofitness.com within the 15-day period.

2. Mail your order back to us

3. Allow 5-7 business days from when we receive the item to send out the exchanged items.

We do not offer returns at this time.
